A boy born to a steel worker and a house maid, with a hormone deficiency syndrome, who would believe him to become the glittering gem of the world football squad.

24th June 1987 saw the birth of one of the most exceptional football player of the history “Lionel Messi”. A boy with a speed of cheetah on pitch and dribbling skills like a juggler of circus depict none other than the qualities of Lionel Messi.

Messi is the fourth football player to win three Ballons d’Or, and the second player to win three consecutive Ballons d’Or. In 2006, he became the youngest Argentine to play in the FIFA World Cup.
In 2012, Messi made UEFA Champions League history by becoming the first player to score five goals in one match.
